Employee attrition, also known as employee turnover, is a prevailing challenge faced by organizations worldwide. This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the various factors contributing to attrition, including job dissatisfaction, career advancement opportunities, work-life balance, and organizational culture. The study explores the impacts of attrition on businesses, such as decreased productivity, increased recruitment costs, and loss of institutional knowledge.
