Abstract :
Production system receives inputs in the form of material, personnel, capital, utilities and information. The quality control system explained till not has been a passive approach. Quality is considered a by-product of the manufacturing system. A quality circle is a group of employees whose assignment is to identity problem, formulate solution, and present their result to the management with suggestion for implementation.Benefits of a QC programme can be use in a variety of ways, including. Collection ideas for work improvement form those closest to the work itself, e.g., the work group. Providing opportunities for problem – solving. Dealing with special projects on a temporary basis, team building and helping the organization make the transition to a more participative culture
