STRUCTURAL, OPTICAL AND ROOM TEMPERATURE OF Mn₂O3 NANOPARTICLES
In the present work, Mn₂O3 nanoparticles were synthesized by coprecipitation method using dopping agent copper acetate. These prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), XRD analysis showed that the samples prepared were having Cubic structure. The XRD spectrum reveals the cubic structure of Mn₂O3 NPS and the lattice parameter is calculated to be 9.4232 Å. The functional group was analyzed using FTIR spectra.
