The abstract of this paper is to design a cascaded switched-diode multilevel inverter for renewable energy integration. It aims to reduce the number of switches with increases in levels. To resolve the problems related to DC source fluctuations of multilevel inverter used in renewable energy integration we use neural networks. To implement the hardware of the proposed inerter for the verification of the concept. To reduce the Total Harmonic Distortion in the output of the inverter. To reduce the number of power switches used with the help of new multilevel inverter topology.
