NATURAL PRINTING OF PATHIMUGAM
Recent development in printing has provided numerous application in many industrial segments in clothing area. There is an enormous potential for value addition to fabrics with hung opportunities to satisfy the consumers with the later printing with natural raw material. The printed fabric are experimented for the performances properties by laboratory test and evaluated under the visual inspection.
Cotton is used alone or with other fibers inchilder's garments. It is cool to the touch and very absorbent. It takes and holds dye easily. Cotton tends to pill less as a result of friction on the surface.
The present study will show the end uses of printed cotton fabric using pathimugam.
