INFLUENCE OF CERIUM AND NICKEL CO-DOPING ON ELECTROCHEMICAL BEHAVIOR OF ZnO NANOCRYSTALS

Nanocrystals of cerium and nickel co-doped ZnO have been synthesized through a simple chemical precipitation method. The successful incorporation of cerium and nickel is predicted by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The optical properties of the synthesized products are analyzed by UV-Visible reflectance (UV-Vis-DRS) and room temperature photoluminescence (PL) measurements. The morphology of the co-doped products are analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM).
