GREEN SYNTHESIS CHARACTERIZATION AND APPLICATION OF Mn DOPED ZnO NANOPARTICLES

In the present study involves the green synthesis of ZnO and Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles using vilex negundo leaf extract. The ZnO and Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles were characterized by UV Visible (UV DRS), X-ray diffraction (XRD). Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) The obtained results reveal that the synthesizd ZnO and Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles are hexagonal wurtzite structure in spherical shape. FTIR spectra reveal that functional groups of pure and Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles EDX analysis confirmed that elemental compositions. The energy efficiency was 3,54% and 2.12% with a current density 4.02 mA cm-2 and 2.53 mA cm-2  in ZnO and Mn doped ZnO solar cells.
