Abstract :
A floating road is the type of infrastructure that is designed to float on top of a body of water. This innovative solution offers many benefits compared to traditional roadways, including reducing the impact of rising sea levels, minimizing land usage and providing greater accessibility to communities that are separated by water. The design of a floating road involves using specialized materials and engineering techniques to create a platform that can withstand the weight of vehicles and the forces of waves and currents. In addition to being a functional transportation option, floating roads can also serve as recreational spaces, such as parks and promenades and as initiatives.
