UNCONSCIOUSNESS IN HUMANMIND –A STUDY THROUGH C.G.JUNG

Abstract :
This study aims to see how C.G.Jung tried to analyze the human mind with the starting and ending of the mental dilemma one undergoes in his/her life. C. G. Jung was a philosopher and psychiatrist who viewed the human self as the culmination of all mental processes. Jung suggested that the libido was energy that could be directed into any sector, rejecting Freudian notions that the libido was only capable of being sexual. His concept of archetypes was his second significant break from Freud. As we've seen, Freud believed that the self's dreams and fantasies originated in the unconscious. While the unconscious was significant, according to Jung, the self was also influenced by social expectations and the environment. So, the study concludes that the collective unconsciousness of Jung was a step towards pushing authors to write in a new genre.
