AN INDIAN PERSPECTIVE ON ONLINE SHOPPING BEHAVIOR DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC
This study looked at the key factors that would influence how customers would behave when shopping online from different e-tailers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study investigates the widespread use of the internet, mobile devices, etc. during the national lockdown. Nowadays, it's thought that shopping online is the most practical way to avoid viruses from spreading and to maintain ourselves in a secure atmosphere. To assess the effects of online shopping features on consumer purchasing behavior, the study uses quantitative research in the form of linear regression. According to the research, key elements like Social Media, Product Quality, Return and Exchange Policy, Product Descriptions, andSeller Information have a substantial impact on customer buy intent during the lockout. Pandemic of COVID-19. Further research was suggested in order to forecast client online purchasing preferences or behaviors in the post-pandemic period.
