With the globalization of Indian markets happening in full force, the strategic response of the Indian companies to the people and cultural issues are crucial for their survival.  The growth in the Indian Corporate sector has been impressive and phenomenal in the recent past.  It has been a question of constant debate as to whether the Indian companies can deliver up to global standards. It tries to identify the supporting and impeding factors for its development in the changing business environment.  Indian corporate need to be aware of such challenges and should equip themselves to establish and sustain in the global marketplace.  Innovative strategies are key to success in such challenging situations.  This paper is a humble attempt to draw a strategic roadmap for Indian corporate to remain competitive among the global counterparts.
