ij-PRE-OPEN AND ij-PRE CONTINUOUS FUNCTION IN BITOPOLOGICAL SPACES

Abstract :
The concept of the Bi topological spaces was introduced by J. Kelly [9] in his classical paper. Bi topological spaces have application in many fields such as information and control. In 1982 A.S. Mash hour [10] introduced the concept of pre-open sets in topological space. In 1987, Alias B . Khalaf [1] introduced the concept of ij-pre - open sets in Bi topological spaces. Kar. A [8] introduced the concept ij- continuity in Bi topological spaces. Ekici [5] introduced the concept of contra continuity in Bi topological spaces. The concept & properties of strongly- a- continuous function were introduced and studied by Beceren .Y [3]. In 1966, Dontchev. J [4] introduced the notions of contra - continuity function in topological spaces.
