Abstract :
Anodizing of aluminium is widely used in almost all field's right from kitchenware to spacecraft components. Anodizing of aluminiomis med for fabricating nanoporous alumina membranes suitable for a member of diverse applications, including filtration, duplication matrixes and evaporation Anodically oxidized aluminium is known to keep its mechanical and dielectric properties in a wide range of temperatures without destruction of the film structure for the manufacture of electrolytic capacitor and electrochemical capacitors etc., In the present study GS loaded on Al2O, coating with sustained and prolonged release behavior. To the best of our knowledge, there is no literature report on GS loaded Al2O3/PEDA composite coating. The samples with and without the AbOs coatings are systematically characterized and in vitro experiments are performed to investigate the osteogenic and antibacterial capabilities. The surface morphology, elemental composition and in vitro release characteristics of biocomposite is confirmed by SEM, XRD, EDX and GS respectively. Overall, our results suggest that the obtained results pave for the electrochemical fabrication of novel coatings for biomedical implants.
