DISEASE IDENTIFICATION IN PLANTS USING K-MEANS CLUSTERING AND PCA BASED GLCM USING CLASSIFICATION WITH ANN

This paper proposes a novel method for disease identification in plants. The method uses a combination of K-means clustering, PCA based GLCM, and ANN classification. The first step in the method is to extract texture features from the plant leaf images using GLCM. The GLCM features are then clustered using K-means clustering. The clustered features are then used to train an ANN classifier. The proposed method was evaluated using a dataset of diseased plant leaf images. The results show that the proposed method is able to identify diseases with high accuracy. The proposed method is a promising new approach for disease identification in plants. It is accurate, efficient, and easy to implement.
