Entrepreneurs have performed below expectation due to a combination of different problems themselves through environmental related factors, instability of government and frequent government policy changes etc. Entrepreneurship Promotions should thus ensure the availability or possession of managerial capacity and acumen before pursuing financial resources for the development of the respective enterprise. Entrepreneurship entails forming a new organization or restructuring an organization which has already been in existence. Entrepreneurship to provide the engine for economic growth, competitiveness in globally linked markets, and jobs. The knowledge spill over theory of entrepreneurship suggests that entrepreneurship provides a crucial mechanism in the process of economic growth by serving as a conduit for knowledge spill over’s. We believe in opportunities for advancing understanding on the historical role of culture and values on entrepreneurial behavior, using more careful methodologies than in the past, and seeking to specify more exactly how important penetrating the knowledge filter and facilitating the spillover of knowledge that might otherwise not be commercialized, entrepreneurship provides the missing link to economic growth. In this context, seeks to discuss entrepreneurship as one of the factors that influence the economy of a nation, either directly or indirectly. It is a fact that entrepreneurship plays a significant part in shaping the landscape of a country's economy. Economists and policy makers recognize this fact. In fact, entrepreneurship is the engine of economic growth and it has come to be perceived as a catalytic agent for expansion and promotion of productive activities in every sphere of economic life all over the world.
