Abstract :
The essential role of health care management professionals in a hospital's top management team contentious subject Categorically, the Health Care entrepreneur at top plays an important part in balancing health care and financial outcomes. It is believed wisdom among medics that the managerial director's position should be tough and on an equal footing with the medica+l director. There is some substantiation that managers me spent and work can manipulate quality and safety clinical outcomes, processes and performance. Though there is a dearth of empirical studies, further undermined by a lack of objective outcome measures and little examination of actual actions undertaken. We present a model to summarize the conditions and activities that affect quality performance of a health care entrepreneurial aspirant.
