Dr. Prof. Nodir Karimov is a professor at the Department of History, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, Uzbekistan. His academic work bridges history, cultural studies, and the evolution of institutions in modern society. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and research, he explores how historical perspectives inform contemporary challenges, including workforce transformation. Dr. Karimov is particularly interested in the historical development of labor systems and organizational culture. He has contributed to scholarly dialogues on institutional change and adaptation in Central Asia.
